Sourcing Support Team

  • The Sourcing Team is responsible for constructing and developing a pipeline of potential candidates as well as conducting initial recruiting screens.

 

  • The Lead Talent Partner will be your primary contact and manage the Pretware SST team. 

 

  • Clients will decide how they would prefer to receive and review submitted candidates, either via an ATS or through other specified channels.

 

  • The Hiring Manager will have initial sync calls to kick off the search and additional syncs as required to monitor progress and obtain search insights.

 

  • You can expect to receive 3 to 6 qualified and interested candidates on a weekly basis.

Specialized Flat Flee Search

  • The Recruiting Team will collaborate to find and place the designated positions, including a preliminary screening by a recruiter and arranging interviews.

 

  • Our Talent Partners will utilize best practices for a positive candidate experience and guide them through the entire process until the offer stage.

 

  • The Hiring Manager will have initial sync calls to initiate the search and additional syncs as necessary to monitor progress and gather search insights.
